At Rather Radiant, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@ratherradiant.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
